Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is hiring a Resident Service Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide hands-on, respectful eldercare in a premier senior living community. You will be a friendly face to residents, supporting daily living activities and promoting wellbeing in a compassionate environment.

Full-time schedule includes one weekend shift per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs). CNA/HHA credentials and English proficiency are required; Alzheimer’s care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide.
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Previous experience with geriatric population and ADLs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Supporting residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Helping out in Wellness area to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.
