Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Chair of Behavioral Health to provide strategic clinical leadership across psychiatry, psychotherapy, and behavioral health integration. This role balances 40% administrative time with 60% clinical work, guiding a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes in long-term care facilities.

You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and contribute to the Clinical Quality Committee, shaping an outcomes-centered care model and ensuring clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in psychiatry.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience.
• Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and clinical leadership for behavioral health services.
• Establish evidence-based clinical standards and quality expectations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes and metrics.
• Supervise senior clinicians and support recruitment and development.
• Foster integration of behavioral health with primary care and other lines of service.
