Job summary

Bria Health Services, L.L.C. is seeking an Activity Aide to help plan and deliver engaging activities for residents. You will support individual and group activities, including those with special needs, fostering participation and well-being across the facility.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21, and hold CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 21 years of age (union requirement).
• CPR and First Aid certified or willingness to become certified.
• Prior experience with elderly patients preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of individual and group activities.
• Provide activities for residents, including those with special needs.
• Encourage participation and involvement of all residents.
• Prepare for and participate in resident care conferences.
• Prepare sites and materials for activities.
