Aufgaben

• Provide activities and interventions on a one-on-one and group basis.
• Administer the monthly activity calendar.
• Solicit patient/resident input into activity planning and keep activities organized and upbeat.
• Assist with simple nursing procedures and transporting patients/residents to rooms.
• Assist with MDS/EPIC documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate leadership, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously.
