Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in social services or creative activities preferred; geriatrics preferred.
• Preferred CNA certification or student in a healthcare program.
• BLS required based on location; CPR training within six months of hire.
• Must obtain and maintain required driving qualifications per Sanford Driving Policy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer the monthly activity calendar for residents.
• Administer activities on a one-on-one or group basis with engaging programs.
• Assist with simple nursing procedures and transport residents to rooms.
• Maintain documentation in MDS/EPIC and ensure dignity and identity.
• Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and strong communication.
