Job summary

Evolution Helmets is seeking an experienced Gerber Cutting Table Operator with working knowledge of Gerber AccuMark software to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will work independently with computerized cutting equipment and prepare, nest, and cut patterns accurately and efficiently.

This role involves generating markers, reviewing digital patterns, loading files, and maintaining production flow while ensuring quality and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating a Gerber computerized cutting table.
• Familiarity with AccuMark CAD/CAM software and marker creation.
• Ability to review patterns, nesting, and material utilization.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Gerber automated cutting table safely and efficiently.
• Use Gerber AccuMark software to access, review, modify, and prepare patterns and markers for production.
• Create and adjust markers to maximize material utilization and reduce waste.
• Import, organize, and manage digital pattern files.
• Verify pattern dimensions, quantities, orientation, and material requirements prior to cutting.
• Prepare and spread fabric or other materials on the cutting table.
• Load cutting files and configure machine settings according to material.
• Monitor cutting operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify and correct cutting, nesting, pattern, or machine-related issues.
• Inspect cut parts for accuracy, defects, incomplete cuts, or material problems.
• Maintain accurate production and material usage records.
