Job summary

Fervo Energy offers a 12-week internship where you own a real project from day one, mentored by engineers across our teams. You’ll work on the next generation of geothermal energy and present tangible results to executives at the program's end.

You'll support structural engineering scopes in the field, learn through hands-on field work, and gain exposure to diverse engineering disciplines within a growing company in the geothermal sector.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Master's candidate ending within the next year; internship path toward full-time offers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support structural engineering scopes in the field.
• Assist with structural design review and documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams on structural verification activities.
