Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Investment Banking, Infrastructure Investing, Energy Finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills, with experience building or reviewing project finance models
• Experience with power, renewable energy, infrastructure, energy transition, or other asset-intensive industries strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project finance models for geothermal and power generation projects
• Evaluate project economics, returns, capital structures, and financing requirements
• Support the structuring and execution of construction debt, project-level debt, term loans, tax-advantaged financing, and other project financing solutions
• Assist with debt financing processes, including lender outreach, term sheet analysis, due diligence, financial diligence, and transaction execution

The company is focused on developing and owning a growing portfolio of geothermal and power generation assets across the United States.
