Job summary

HDR is seeking a Geotechnical Business Class Lead for national engagement in deep foundation design and construction. The lead will represent HDR geotechnical engineering to clients, communicate capabilities, and build relationships across HDR groups to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 10 years of related field experience with geotechnical design.
• Professional registration and active participation in engineering practice.
• Experience in developing and managing diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead geotechnical staff in deep foundation design and construction.
• Engage in alternate delivery projects and resource reviews for optimal teams.
• Develop marketing plans and client interviews while representing HDR.
• Mentor staff and drive best practices and quality assurance.
