A leading geohazard mitigation firm in the United States seeks a hands-on Superintendent to manage field crews on various projects. Responsibilities include leading crews, ensuring safety, managing schedules and budgets, and handling documentation. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in construction and a clear communication style. Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction in Geotechnical, Environmental, Civil or similar industries managing projects.
• 1+ year in lead hand, foreman or working superintendent roles.
• Ability to read scopes, specs, drawings, and execute a project plan.

Responsabilités

• Lead crews installing slope stabilization and geohazard mitigation systems.
• Create and execute safety plans—protecting your people is priority #1.
• Manage schedule, production, and budget performance.
• Handle documentation: daily logs, photos, as-builts, checklists, compliance.
