Ashton North LLC in the Atlanta area is seeking a Geotechnical Superintendent to lead self-perform geotechnical crews on drilled shaft and deep foundation projects. You will manage crews, equipment, and safety on site.

Candidates with 10+ years in soldier piles, tiebacks, micropiles, CFA piles and earth retention, ready to relocate, are encouraged to apply. This role offers competitive base pay, bonus potential, company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of geotechnical construction experience (drilled shafts, CFA piles, micropiles, soil/rock nails).
• Experience managing crews, costs and schedules in field operations.
• Ability to learn/apply geotechnical methods, specs and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in Atlanta area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on geotechnical projects.
• Lead drilled shaft, auger cast pile, and earth retention crews.
• Maintain safety as top priority with safety department and PMs.
• Plan means and methods for geotechnical activities with project team.
• Manage drill rigs, grout plants, and shotcrete pumps; ensure maintenance.
