Zaddy Solutions seeks a Geotechnical Superintendent to lead field crews on drilled shaft and deep foundation projects in the Tampa Bay area. You will oversee geotechnical operations, plan methods with the project team, and manage equipment and safety to deliver on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in geotechnical construction with drilled shafts, auger cast piles or similar.
• Ability to lead field crews, manage safety, schedule and costs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel and be based in Tampa Bay area or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on geotechnical and deep foundation projects.
• Lead drilled shaft, auger cast pile and earth retention crews.
• Maintain safety as a priority with safety dept and PM.
• Plan means and methods with the project team for each activity.
• Manage drill rigs, grout plants and shotcrete pumps and their maintenance.
• Update project schedules and track field productivity.
• Control labor costs and keep work on budget.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and internal crews.
• Execute quality control and field documentation; report status.
