Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking staff engineers to gain exposure to geotechnical investigations, materials testing programs, forensic assignments, and report writing under licensed professional engineers. You will see the ground truth behind design assumptions on projects from building pads to heavy industrial programs.

You will plan drilling and observe field testing, reduce and review laboratory data, and draft geotechnical and materials reports.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• EIT certificate or exam scheduled is expected.
• Field willingness to work on diverse geotechnical projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and observe drilling and field testing programs.
• Reduce and review laboratory data.
• Draft geotechnical and materials reports.
• Support forensic investigations, coring programs, and distress evaluations.
• Coordinate field crews and laboratory scheduling on assigned projects.
• Progress toward PE licensure with mentorship and exam support.
