• Manage and execute small projects of minimal complexity.
• Assist in developing scope of work for routine projects and prepare cost estimates and specifications.
• Analyze data and perform engineering calculations for PE review.
• Coordinate field investigations and laboratory testing; evaluate data.
• Develop work plans and schedules; coordinate project phases with senior staff.
• Communicate progress and scope of services with clients and project teams.
