Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking staff engineers to gain exposure to geotechnical investigations, materials testing programs, and forensic assignments under licensed engineers. You will plan drilling, reduce data, and draft reports while coordinating field crews and scheduling on projects in Texas.

Mentorship and exam support help you progress toward your PE licensure. You will be mentored by licensed engineers who review your work to ensure precise recommendations and a strong evidence

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certificate or exam date scheduled.
• Field-willing for real projects, real dirt and weather.
• Clear technical writing ability.
• Interest in geotechnical, materials, or forensic practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and observe drilling and field testing programs.
• Reduce and review laboratory data.
• Draft geotechnical and materials reports.
• Support forensic investigations, coring programs, and distress evaluations.
• Coordinate field crews and laboratory scheduling on assigned projects.
• Progress toward PE licensure with mentorship and exam support.
