We have a unique and exciting new opportunity supporting our large clients, primarily in the digital infrastructure space. This role allows you to combine your program management, technical, and client experience skills while working from the location of your choice.
In this position, you will help develop a new national geotechnical engineering program within the largest geotechnical consulting firm in the US. We are seeking an innovative team member to manage large geotechnical engineering projects for Terracon's major clients, working alongside top consultants and leveraging tools like Stage1, Pivvot, and Compass to deliver exceptional client experiences. Projects are nationwide, and the environment is fast-paced and diverse in geological settings.
Within Terracon's Central Engineering and Delivery (CE&D) Team, you will collaborate with local engineers and Subject Matter Experts across our 170 offices to meet client needs. Your focus will be on delivering projects consistently, applying innovative methods in site characterization, data visualization, and collaborative engineering. You will also assist in resource management, project scheduling, and budgeting within Terracon's Project Management Organization (PMO). Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing reports, setting priorities, and coordinating project staff to meet milestones.
Curiosity is essential. You will inquire about clients' site selection, design, and construction approaches, learn from local experts, and work with the CE&D team to innovate and improve workflows.
