The role connects client project teams with Subsurface’s operations, driving disciplined planning, execution, billing, and closeout.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, cost, quality, and customer communications while coordinating crews and subcontractors to meet project milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Proven strong project management experience is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage contracts, schedules, costs, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall construction schedule, contractual risk, and project profitability.
• Serve as liaison between client project team and Subsurface leadership.
• Ensure projects are planned, communicated, executed, billed, and closed with discipline.
• Promote safety and quality while achieving revenue and gross profit goals.
• Manage project teams, crews, and subcontractors for proper execution.
• Review and negotiate contracts for scope completeness and risk.
