Job summary

You will coordinate with management, prepare risk assessments, estimates and client Q&A, and help manage contracts and project planning. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, at least 5 years in geotech/construction, strong communication skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Experience in piling, shoring and grouting operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and coordinate with management for support and strategy.
• Assemble proposals including risk assessment, evaluating opportunities to increase profit, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits and client Q&A.
• Responsible for negotiation of the contract and understanding the contract requirements.
• Coordinate with pre-construction team for planning and scheduling; develop profitability plans with the project team.
• Ensure work meets specified requirements and stays on schedule and budget.
• Manage weekly/monthly financial reports and AR collections.
