We are seeking a CMT Technician to join our Tampa, FL team! Come join us!

Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Perform construction materials testing/inspection including, but not limited to: soils sampling and testing, concrete sampling and testing, masonry sampling and testing, asphalt testing, and reinforcing steel inspection. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and accurately prepare field reports in accordance with Atlas’s report standards and applicable codes.
Willingness to travel throughout the state of Florida and stay out of town when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma
2 years of experience within construction or similar field
Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Fluent in English (oral/written)

Technical Requirements:

Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
ACI Concrete Sampling Technician I certification
Nuclear Soil Density Testing experience

Other Miscellaneous Qualities:

Additional CTQP certifications in soils, concrete and asphalt are desired/preferred.
