Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Master's degree with a Geotechnical focus strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • At least one year of project management experience.
  • PE license required.
  • Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or coordinate development and implementation of field exploration programs and construction observation projects.
  • Assist with training junior technical and technician staff.
  • Complete engineering analyses and calculations; develop moderately complex conceptual models.
  • Complete moderately complex spatial analyses.
  • Lead generation of technical reports and assist senior staff with large reports, figures, tables.
  • Support project management tasks such as budget planning, field report reviews, and proposal development; manage small projects under supervision.
