Braun Intertec seeks a Geotechnical Project Engineer for our Bloomington, Minnesota office. You will manage moderate to highly complex geotechnical projects, providing technical expertise to meet client expectations and drive successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in geotechnical or civil engineering, with 6+ years of geotechnical experience and a MN PE or ability to obtain within 6 months. The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and client relationships in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degreeBS in geotechnical/civil engineering is required
• Master's degree preferred
• Six or more years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Professional Engineer registration/licensure in MN or ability to attain within 6 months
• Experience managing client relationships and leading a team preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships, including face-to-face meetings
• Lead a technical or project-related team
• Prepare proposals for moderate to complex projects
• Develop scopes and prepare engineering reports with professional opinions
• Manage projects scope, schedule, and budget
• Perform engineering analysis using standard methodologies
• Mentor junior engineering staff
