Job summary

Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to join our Bloomington, MN office. You will lead geotechnical and civil engineering projects, prepare proposals, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities include project scope definition, analyses, reporting, and client communication. A BS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, PE certification, and 9+ years of experience are required; MS preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in civil or geotechnical engineering. MS preferred.
• PE Certification is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for moderate to complex projects.
• Develop and execute full project scopes and plans.
• Review engineering work for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform geotechnical analyses and prepare technical reports.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee project teams.
• Ensure safety and corporate policies are followed.
