Responsibilities

• Direct and execute geotechnical project assignments including field exploration and laboratory services.
• Perform geotechnical design tasks such as foundation and retaining structures, pavement design.
• Provide quality control review of proposals and geotechnical reports to meet client commitments.
• Participate in business development and maintain client relationships related to technical projects.
• Mentor and train junior staff to build team capabilities.
