Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years of geotechnical or related experience.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred or obtainable.
• Familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, FHWA, ASCE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, PLAXIS, GeoStudio, LPILE or Settle3.
• Experience with field investigations and data-driven recommendations.
• Strong project coordination and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field investigations to gather site data.
• Perform engineering analyses to evaluate site feasibility and support design.
• Develop and review technical reports, design recommendations, and feasibility studies.
• Identify risks related to site conditions and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
