Job summary

Landmark Foundation Group is seeking a Product Engineer to own and support its geotechnical, foundation repair, and waterproofing product portfolio. You will serve as the technical expert and liaison for internal teams, suppliers, and partners.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with construction materials, strong knowledge of product specifications, and the ability to source new solutions, evaluate competitors, and oversee supplier manufacturing processes to ensure quality controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, geotechnical or related industries.
• Ability to read and modify CAD drawings (AutoCAD or similar).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to compare technical products objectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product expert for geotechnical, foundation repair, and waterproofing products.
• Support internal teams with technical guidance, product selection, and application advice.
• Act as a technical resource for customers, contractors, and partners.
• Review, interpret, and modify CAD drawings related to product applications and installations.
• Research and evaluate competitive products and supplier manufacturing processes.
• Own the QC process across all products and drive product improvements.
• Create and manage product failure cases with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Write SOPs for QC programs, vendor evaluation, and new product introductions.
• Coordinate resolution efforts with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
