Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) seeks a senior geotechnical professional to provide technical leadership across branches and the larger region in New Orleans. The role includes mentoring staff, participating in candidate reviews, and driving project reviews and proposals.

You will oversee multiple projects, contribute to business development, maintain client interactions, and help manage department performance and profitability. The position is based in New Orleans with regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar is required.
• 12 years of related experienceSequential

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support Geotechnical staff within a branch and region.
• Host or attend project meetings with clients and ECS staff to provide technical solutions.
• Mentor Associate Principals and participate in candidate review for Associate Principal (Geotechnical).
• Oversee projects, perform technical report reviews, and prepare/review proposals at office and regional levels.
• Assist with department management and P&L; engage in business development and client interaction.
