Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 7+ years geotechnical consulting experience.
• Professional licensure in Engineering.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and cost estimates for clients.
• Oversee daily operations of the geotechnical department.
• Develop staffing plans, recruit, onboard, and train staff.
• Lead business development to win new projects and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of services.
