Job summary

GeoTek is hiring a Lab Technician (Concrete & Soils) for our Las Vegas office to perform a variety of lab tests on concrete, soil, and asphalt. The role involves operating equipment, following specifications, and reporting data under supervisor guidance.

Required ACI and NAQTC lab certifications (or active equivalents) and the ability to lift 20–75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather and site conditions. Training is available for the right candidate who has a great attitude.

Qualifications

• ACI Lab Certification.
• NAQTC lab certifications.
• Ability to lift 20-75 pounds and stand on feet throughout the day.
• Ability to accomplish tasks under adverse weather and/or site conditions.
• Good or corrected vision and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily and data reports of testing.
• Competent in the performance of all tests assigned.
• Prepares and submits company documents related to the projects/tests.
• Daily prepares and submits own timesheet for approval.
