Job summary

Geocomp, Inc. in Acton, Massachusetts is seeking a motivated Product Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand sales for geotechnical laboratory systems and products.

You will manage assigned territories, develop business plans and build strong relationships with senior decision-makers across accounts. The role requires a customer-focused professional with analytical skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least five years in product sales or similar commercial roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, account management and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage territories and key accounts with proactive engagement and site visits.
• Develop and execute annual business plans with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities through QBRs.
• Develop customer engagement strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, QA/QC and Support to align sales activities.
