Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university required.
• 2–5 years of relevant lab experience in geotechnical testing.
• Nuclear gauge and basic concrete/soils certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee geotechnical/construction materials lab testing and data interpretation.
• Manage day-to-day lab operations with attention to financial performance.
• Ensure QA/QMS compliance and maintain accreditation/certification across scope.
• Calibrate equipment, manage inventory and PPE, and maintain records.
• Train and supervise laboratory technicians; conduct performance evaluations as needed.
