Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in Geology or Civil Engineering with geotechnical emphasis.
• 0–3 years of experience acceptable.
• Coursework in soil mechanics, foundation engineering, slope stability, or engineering geology.
• Field observation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction observation.
• Assist field explorations and sample collection.
• Assist geotechnical laboratory tests.
• Assist with report preparation.
• Perform geological or engineering analyses and calculations.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and staff at all levels.
• Follow QA policies and safety policies.
