ECS Southwest, LLP invites a Geotechnical Engineering Group Manager to lead a multi‑disciplinary team across Texas. You will supervise subsurface investigations, geotechnical analysis, and construction materials testing, while guiding project delivery, reports, and client relationships.
You will own group‑level P&L, help shape long‑term strategy, oversee science‑driven design in accordance with AASHTO, ASTM, TXDOT and IBC, and mentor engineers and project managers to grow technical excellence
Join ECS as a Geotechnical Engineering Group Manager, where you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team working on complex subsurface investigations, geotechnical analysis, and construction materials testing (CMT). This role combines technical depth, leadership, and business management for private and public sector development projects across Texas.
This is a new leadership role supporting our Geotechnical department, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, client relationships, and group-level P&L responsibility.
