• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus.
• PE license and 15+ years of geotechnical consulting experience.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise geotechnical subsurface investigations for design projects.
• Lead and mentor engineers and project managers; develop client relationships.
• Review proposals, project budgets, and perform QA/QC on geotechnical reports.
• Support business development and contribute to regional growth.
