Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license recognized by the state licensing board.
• 4+ years of geotechnical consulting experience.
• Experience with geotechnical field investigations and lab testing.
• Proficiency with geotechnical software: gINT, Slope/W, APILE, LPILE, Settle3D.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete geotechnical field and laboratory investigations.
• Prepare proposals and reporting documents for design projects.
• Coordinate technical analyses for transportation project design (bridges, foundations, pavements).
• Communicate with internal and external clients throughout the project.
• Lead field exploration efforts and develop geotechnical reporting documents.
• Work with senior staff to ensure integration of geotechnical recommendations into drawings and specs.
