Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer (PE or PE Eligible) to join our Palm Beach Gardens office, supporting our geotechnical engineering practice.

The successful candidate will manage project budgets and schedules, supervise field and lab work, and coordinate with clients and vendors. This role requires Professional Civil Engineer Certification or EIT, 5+ years of experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• Professional Civil Engineer Certification or EIT required
• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Must be able to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Geotechnical Engineering Project Budget and Schedule
• Supervision/oversight of field and laboratory sampling and testing
• Field and laboratory work required
• Training of staff level personnel
• Contracting of projects with vendors and clients
• Project lead for Construction Materials Testing Projects
• Approving Vendor Invoices, Building T&M Invoices
• Geotechnical Report preparation and review
• Review of lab and field data from others
• Client interactions/Responses to RFI’s
