Requires a BS in Civil Engineering with geotechnical emphasis; MSc preferred. 3–7 years in geotechnical consulting; English fluency; knowledge of GeoStudio, RocScience, PLAXIS. PE licensure anticipated within 12 months. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with geotechnical emphasis.
• MSc in Geotechnical or geological engineering strongly preferred.
• Three to seven years of civil-geotechnical consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on tailings dam, heap leach pad, and water storage facility design.
• Prepare geotechnical investigation programs and supervise site work.
• Coordinate laboratory geotechnical testing and report preparation.
• Perform geotechnical assessments using specialized software.
• Develop design recommendations for foundations, walls, slopes, and dams.
• Support senior engineers with reporting and proposals.
