The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering with geotechnical specialty, is a PE, and has 10+ years of experience. You will mentor staff, liaise with clients, and contribute to project delivery and marketing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical specialization.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 10+ years designing and constructing mining and tailings facilities.
• Experience leading geotechnical design and field programs.
• Strong technical writing and client communication skills.
• Mentor junior staff and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and review integration of geotechnical activities and products.
• Plan site investigations and interpret laboratory results.
• Lead geotechnical design and construction support for projects.
• Prepare clear letters and reports for clients.
• Mentor staff and manage project teams for quality delivery.
• Serve as client liaison and contribute to marketing strategy.
