Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Geotechnical Engineer for our manufacturing client to start immediately up to $100K/annually DOE. This direct hire opportunity offers comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire.

The role involves leading the geotechnical group, coordinating construction inspection and testing, and serving as a primary contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Travel is occasional (less than 5%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus.
• Experience in geotechnical engineering projects.
• EIT or PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects from proposal through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
• Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and training to engineering and field staff.
• Support staff coordination across office and field operations.
• Prepare and review proposals, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
• Oversee subsurface investigations, including drilling, infiltration testing, and monitoring well installation.
• Supervise construction activities such as earthwork, excavation, dewatering, foundation systems, and load testing.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors on active project sites.
• Perform geotechnical analyses related to foundations, retaining structures, pavements, and other infrastructure systems.
