Integrity Trade Services seeks a Geotechnical Engineer for a direct hire role in Greenfield, IN. Responsibilities include leading geotechnical projects, coordinating inspections, and mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree (Geotechnical focus) with relevant experience and familiarity with AASHTO/ASTM standards; PE/EIT preferred. Position offers a competitive salary up to $100,000 DOE and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus.
• Relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
• Mentorship and leadership capabilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with AASHTO/ASTM standards; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from proposal to completion within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate construction inspection and testing activities with teams and clients.
• Prepare and review proposals, reports, and engineering documentation.
• Mentor staff and oversee subsurface investigations and field operations.
• Travel up to 5% for regional project sites.
