Entech Engineering, Inc. seeks a Geotechnical Engineer to lead site investigations and design programs across residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

You will balance high‑level analysis with project management and mentorship from proposal through final design and construction observation. Responsibilities include developing foundations and slope stability strategies, coordinating subsurface exploration, reviewing data quality, and guiding junior staff while maintaining clear client

Formación

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (Required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., slope stability, settlement, and retaining wall design).
• Strong technical writing skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive recommendations for shallow, deep, and specialty foundations, retaining walls, pavement sections, and slope stability.
• Manage project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Design and oversee subsurface exploration programs; interpret field data and laboratory testing results to characterize soil and rock behavior.
• Perform geologic mapping, reconnaissance, and land-use and hazard studies.
• Conduct rigorous technical reviews of reports, calculations, and materials testing data completed by staff engineers and technicians.
• Lead and supervise junior staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring technical excellence across the team.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project needs and prepare detailed technical proposals.
