The manager will oversee daily scheduling, safety, and logistics of geotechnical drill crews, coordinate equipment and supplies, and ensure quality drill logs and field reports. Strong planning and communication with engineers and clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Geotechnical drilling experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling geotechnical drill crews is a plus.
• Ability to manage safety and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-house and client drilling assignments.
• Ensure drill crews have plans, maps, and directions.
• Coordinate equipment, supplies, and crew logistics.
• Review field data for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor safety and DOT/compliance.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-drill, and progress meetings.
