Job summary

Terradyne Engineering Inc. in Texas is seeking a geotechnical driller helper to support the driller during subsurface investigations. You will help prepare sites, operate drilling equipment, and maintain gear while collaborating with the field team.

No prior geotechnical drilling experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong communication; a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are requested.

Qualifications

• No geotechnical drilling experience required; training provided.
• Love outdoors and comfortable working outside.
• Good communication skills.
• Must pass background/drug screening.
• Clean MVR and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain drill and other equipment
• Setting up drills at job sites
• Operating drill as well as vehicle
• Site investigations
• Producing logs, records, rig inspections, and vehicle inspections
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor/manager
• Any other task requested by the supervisor/manager
