Intertek USA seeks an experienced Driller Assistant in Houston, TX to support drilling, sampling, and site operations. The role involves assisting the Driller with auger work, equipment prep, and logging samples in a dynamic A/E/C environment.

The position requires a valid driver's license, travel up to 60%, and the ability to work off shifts including overtime. Intertek offers comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift, move, push and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently; occasionally over 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Mansioni

• Assist Driller to load/unload augers and assemble/disassemble augers.
• Prepare tooling and supplies for the day’s tasks.
• Assist with the location of boring locations.
• Retrieve and log samples.
• Clean/maintain equipment and perform site cleanup.
