MOHR Talent is actively seeking a hands-on Geotechnical Driller in Hermantown, MN for a direct-hire, on-site role. The position offers full-time hours with 50–60 hours per week and relocation assistance, if needed.

The team conducts geotechnical and environmental investigations using drilling rigs and field tests. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of drilling experience, a valid driver's license and a DOT Medical Card, and is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform sampling, field testing, and documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds and work outdoors on uneven terrain in varying weather conditions.
• Availability for 50–60 hours most weeks, a flexible schedule, and frequent regional travel.
• Ability to commute to the nearby reporting base or relocate before starting.
• Ability to maintain equipment, direct crew members, and work safely.

Put your drilling experience to work on varied geotechnical and environmental investigation projects. An established field-services organization is seeking a hands‑on driller who enjoys operating equipment, solving problems outdoors, and helping a crew deliver safe, quality work.

This opportunity offers 50–60 hours most weeks, hands‑on training and mentorship, and negotiable relocation support. The position is based near the listed posting location; the exact reporting location will be shared during the recruiting process.

What You’ll Do
