Job summary

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers has a mid-level Geotechnical Engineer opening in Lone Tree, CO. You will work with a multidisciplinary team on design-build and ongoing projects, performing analysis, design, and estimates to support pursuit and delivery.

You’ll be part of a growing Design Engineering Group focused on infrastructure disciplines and best-in-class technical execution. Qualified candidates have a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering, 5+ years of design experience, and a US PE

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or closely related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant geotechnical design engineering experience.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in the U.S. required.
• Transportation and infrastructure project experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support during proposals by identifying innovative design solutions.
• Identify key design risks with pursuit teams and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop design recommendations and deliverables on EPC/design-build projects.
• Train and develop staff engineers.
