Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of leadership, management, or engineering project management experience.
• Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Direct/execute geotechnical project assignments (field, lab, analysis, reports).
• Provide QC review of proposals/reports and manage client commitments.
• Lead business development and maintain client relationships in technical areas.
• Mentor and train junior staff and engage with professional organizations.
• Build relationships with professional/technical groups to support the department.
