Job summary

Keller in Louisville, KY is seeking a confident, safety-oriented Construction Superintendent with strong commercial instincts to join our geotechnical construction team. This on-site role focuses on supervision of field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production, with frequent travel.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of progressive experience as a Construction Superintendent in geotechnical construction, plus leadership and communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as a Construction Superintendent in geotechnical construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• On-site project supervision including labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production management.
• Study plans and specifications for construction.
• Develop skilled craft workers and laborers.
• Procurement of tools and materials.
• Conferring with staff from laborers to engineering to resolve issues and improve methods.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and inspect work.
• Frequent travel required.
