Job summary

Keller is seeking a confident, safety-oriented Construction Superintendent to join our team in the Louisville, KY area. This role requires travel to various locations, overseeing on-site supervision of field labor, equipment, materials, and safety to meet project goals.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of progressive superintendent experience in geotechnical construction, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across staff, laborers, and engineering teams.

• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Roles involve on-site project supervision and coordination with various teams.

Responsibilities

• On-site project supervision including management of field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production.
• Study plans and specifications for construction and develop skilled craft workers.
• Procure tools and materials and resolve issues with staff from laborers to engineering.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and inspect work; frequent travel required.

We are seeking a confident, safety-oriented Superintendent with good commercial instincts to complement our team in the Louisville, KY area. Candidates can be based out of any neighboring states as travel will be consistent.

Responsibilities

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for on-site project supervision including management of field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production.

Other duties will include:

• Studying plans and specifications for construction.
• Developing skilled craft workers and laborers.
• Procurement of tools and materials.
• Conferring with all levels of staff from laborers to engineering personnel to resolve issues and improve construction methods.
• Preparing detailed progress reports and inspecting work.
• Frequent travel required.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience working as a Construction Superintendent in the Geotechnical Construction Industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

$100,000 - $140,000 per year
