Menard is seeking a Civil Engineer/Construction Field Engineer to join a nationwide team. You will perform field quality control tests, support basic surveys, and ensure work aligns with design drawings. Travel will be up to 50% overnight across multiple U.S. sites.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 0–3 years of experience; OSHA 30 is required or training provided, with EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in civil engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• OSHA 30 certification; EIT preferred.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to safety rules and procedures.
• Performing and managing field quality control tests and production records.
• Performing basic field surveys, resolving geometry issues, preparing drawings/sketches.
• Ensuring all work conforms to standards and drawings.
• Researching and resolving drawing interpretation problems and errors.
• Preparing RFIs for submission to General Contractors and Engineers.
• Preparing project submittals for materials, work plans, means & methods statements.
• Maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and clients.
• Supporting marketing and business development through events and presentations.
• Making technical presentations to prospects and educating clients.
