Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ten+ years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Proven ability to lead groups effectively through a service/servant leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall performance of the office’s goals and personnel across Engineering, Testing and Drilling divisions.
• Accountable for decision making on facilities, office engagement, local marketing and related office needs.
• Monitor financial performance of the office and provide feedback to management regularly.
• Evaluate employee performance and establish development goals for staff.
• Recruit, hire and manage personnel to meet office goals.
• Collaborate with other Unit managers/leaders and marketing staff to set client pursuits and marketing goals.
• Direct client contracting in the office per Braun Intertec’s policy.
• Monitor staff project management skills relative to financial performance and client retention.
• Foster cross-functional, multi-discipline teams and a strong employer/consultant brand.
